There are 10 Easy-to-Follow Steps to Succesfully Exhibit at ASU.

 
STEP 1: Your Exhibitor Proposal Packet MUST be completed and e-mailed to the Galleries Director.

STEP 2: Your Media and Communications Plan should be developed 30 days prior to your exhibition.

STEP 3: You must review your Exhibition Checklist and sign off on it with the Galleries Director.

STEP 4: You MUST complete your Payment to Exhibit Paid at the Registar with the code: MA51050 YOU DO NOT PAY IF YOU ARE FACULTY OF AN MFA THESIS STUDENT --- !!!

STEP 5: Your Press Release Worsheet should be e-mailed to the Galleries Director on the first day of the new term.

STEP 6: Your Poster  should be e-mailed to the Director to print and distribute.

STEP 7: Your Loan Agreements for Work MUST be completed and e-mailed to the Galleries Director before the exhbition takes place.
Link: LOAN FORMS FOR ART WORK THAT EVERY ARTIST MUST FILL OUT PRIOR TO EXHBITING.

 

STEP 8: Your Equipment Loan Forms must be completed and e-mailed to the Galleries Director and Galleries T.A./R.A. before the day of installation.

STEP 9: Your Food Wavier Forms MUST be completed and turned into the Galleries Director.

STEP 10: If  you are an MFA you MUST document your MFA Thesis Exhibition to specific standards and deliver it to the department on time. If you are NOT and MFA this DOES NOT apply to you.

* Special Note: You must be a full time MFA Candidate who has successfully completed their 15 hour review and has at least one more year of study to complete at ASU to be eligible for the Nathan Cummings Travel Award Grant.
